Commonwealth Underground Utilities was founded by William George Quirk right here in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. What started with a passion for doing underground work the right way has grown into one of the area's most trusted directional drilling operations.
We operate Vermeer HDD equipment and bring years of hands-on experience boring beneath roads, driveways, and active utility corridors. Whether it's a fiber run, a gas service, or a water main crossing, we approach every job with the same level of care.
